Complete only information relevant to the actual work. If the main tools and explanations have already been provided on the platform or in attachments, reference and confirm them below. AI use is not assessed by a fixed percentage or minimum word count.

First confirm applicable items, then explain the basis and limitations for applicable content. If a rights inventory or supporting evidence has been provided, reference the location; generally, full submission of private contracts is not required for registration.

Scope of the declaration

The basis of use may include original creation, licensed acquisition, public domain, applicable open licenses or other lawful basis. Distinguish clearly between permission to submit for review and permission to screen publicly. For matters not yet confirmed, state their actual status; unconfirmed status cannot be treated as authorised.

Model service terms, source certificates, INDEX records and creative attribution do not, in themselves, prove that the applicant holds complete rights to all content of the work.

In the event of any dispute regarding attribution or representation authority, please declare this truthfully and resolve it before the film festival reaches its final decision. Award attributions do not automatically determine the legal proportion of rights between parties.

Necessary Limited Authorisation

Within the scope of my authority, I grant the organiser and jurors, technical personnel and service personnel bound by confidentiality obligations non-exclusive permission to access, temporarily store, copy and play the materials solely as necessary for eligibility checks, assessment, technical testing and processing this application.

This permission does not include public screening, general commercial distribution, sale of materials, model training, public disclosure of complete workflows or transfer of existing rights. Jury access ends after assessment and necessary procedural review are complete. Limited administrative and evidential records are retained under the Personal Information Collection Statement.

This page constitutes an optional authorisation. All scopes of use must be completed prior to confirmation; a blank or unselected field constitutes no authorisation. Failure to provide optional authorisation does not affect professional evaluation, but public use without authorisation will not be carried out.
