Does a studio or university need a separate entry for each work?

Each work needs its own entry, submitted version and applicable fee. One authorised representative may manage several works, with distinct credits, permissions and confirmations. For one Silver achievement demonstrated by several films, name a principal associated work and consolidate evidence rather than entering the same achievement repeatedly.
